Kid Flash is sworn in, as the star witness for the prosecution. The Flash cannot believe that his own kid sidekick is going to testify against him. The Flash reflects on the day he first met Wally West, and the circumstances that led up to West becoming Kid Flash. The Flash's reverie was originally published in Flash #110 (January, 1960). The Flash continues to reflect on all the adventures he shared with Kid Flash. The Flash mulls over one particular adventure, the details of which were originally published in Flash #149 (December, 1964). The Flash is drawn from his remembrances when District Attorney, Anton Slater, asks Kid Flash, if it was necessary for the Flash to kill Professor Zoom, the notorious Reverse Flash, in order to stop him. Kid Flash answers "No".
